Dr. Virginia Kampmeier, D.C.
Hello! I am Dr. Virginia Kampmeier, founder and owner of Core Chiropractic & Health. Welcome and thank you for visiting my clinic website. I have been practicing chiropractic since 2007, and in 2016 I opened Core Chiropractic & Health. I love being a chiropractor and all things health and wellness. I am passionate about helping patients feel their best, and am committed to helping my patients continue to be able to participate in the activities that bring them joy and fulfillment. My treatment approach is unique in that my care is centered around your goals and expectations, and treatment plans are designed around these goals to address joint movement, nutritional support and guidance, exercise and stretches, and stress management. In my clinic, you are the driver choosing your destination, and I am the GPS offering you route guidance. My mission is to empower others to take the lead in their health and wellness journey, and cast the vision that pain is not a fate you have to accept. I am here to provide patients with options and treatments aimed to reach their personal health and well-being goals and enhance their quality of life, through natural Chiropractic care. I enjoy helping others improve their posture, reduce their back, neck and joint pain, improve physical performance and endurance, and feel better day to day because they are moving with less stiffness, they have more energy, and are happier.
I am an alumna of St. Catherine University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Biology and minoring in Psychology. I received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2007. Also in 2007, I earned my Certification in Acupuncture from NWHSU. I am also earned my YogaBarre teachers certificate from YogaFit. I am excited for the opportunity this will allow me to expand and share my love of fitness and body movement in group classes.
When I am not in the clinic, I am enjoying my time with my family, being a mom to my beautiful daughter, and our German Shepherd, Ozzy! I also lead Barre class at 2 local studios two times a week! I enjoy reading, learning, music, trying new recipes, and staying physically fit by jogging, weight training, yoga, being with friends and family, and running around with my daughter and dog!
